You are what you eat! everyone has heard this before, and it is true.  

I love food and I have a somewhat hedonistic approach to what I eat, at the same time I am a health nut. This means that I require any food I eat to both taste really good, and be really healthy.  

Each class that I teach has a specific focus, eg desserts or snacks.  The focus of each class I have developed is centred around getting over a stumbling block that either Norman or I  experienced in our journey to healthy eating.

These classes are great for 
  • Moms who want to give their children sugar and gluten free snacks.
  • Busy professionals who only have 5 min to make their meals
  • People who hate making food because "it just takes so long"
  • People who think they can't be healthy because they just like "xyz" too much
  • Vegans (whether for health or environmental reasons)
  • Food lovers 
  • Anyone who deals with a lifestyle or chronic illness that would like to improve their quality of life.
Every ingredient I use in these classes is a whole food, which means that nothing is processed, and it is delivered to the body in a way that is easy to digest and you get maximum nutritional value from what you eat.  The foods that I will demonstrate and give the recipes to are suitable or easily adapted for people with almost any dietary restrictions, whether it is for health or religious reasons.  

Allergies:

If you suffer from any food allergies please discuss this with me before attending a class. This is particularly important if your allergy is to seeds or nuts.  A private session may be more beneficial as then I can adapt and change recipes to be suitable to you.
